Support Butler Students

Thank you for your continued expressions of care and support as we navigate these challenging times together. Some have asked how you can help in caring for our students during this time. Below are ways you can support our students right now:

• The Butler Emergency Assistance Fund was created in the fall of 2018 to provide monetary assistance to students with a short-term financial hardship that may impact their academic success at Butler. Examples of financial hardships include, but are not limited to, emergency medical expenses, housing and living costs, transportation needs, family/personal emergencies, natural disasters, theft, and loss of income. • The Ayres Student Assistance Fund was created to provide emergency tuition grant assistance to students whose financial need has increased due to a change in financial circumstance or who has experienced a short-term financial crisis requiring immediate financial assistance to continue their education at Butler.
• The Butler Fund for Student Scholarship ensures the long term sustainability of the Butler financial aid program and puts a Butler education within reach of deserving students. Now more than ever Butler needs philanthropic partners to come alongside us and fund all-important scholarship support for our students.  

Times of uncertainty bring into focus the true character of a community. Your support and concern for our students are evidence of the deeply caring heart of the Butler community. This is the Butler Way in action.
